How deals go

The buyer pays into escrow at the start and releases when the files arrive as asked; a big job splits into several escrows, one per stage. A timer to the seller, set past the due date, pays finished work if the buyer goes quiet, and means a buyer who disagrees must settle before it runs out. Before paying, agree how many rounds of changes are included.
